According to North Carolina wild life law, any person born on or after January 1st, 1988 must successfully complete a NASBLA approved boating course before operating any of our vessels.
A guided tutorial is included and mandatory to acquaint the operator with the channel and surrounding area. For insurance and safety purposes our boats are only permitted to be operated within certain limits of the Pamlico Sound. For safety, passengers must remain completely inside the vessel until the engine is turned off. All rentals include necessary equipment required by the US Coast Guard to operate in full compliance. Wind and weather conditions must meet certain requirements to permit rental on any given day. We do monitor the weather conditions for your safety.
Our pontoon boat offers seating with tables, drink holders, marine stereo with Bluetooth and auxiliary capability and a Bimini top for shade. The pontoon boat is also equipped with anchors and a swimming ladder. Our dock allows easy boarding and the boat is handicap accessible.
